In July 2021, Dojo Lapa Seiwakai promoted the CHARITY CAMPAIGN AGAINST HUNGER, collecting food to donate to families in need who suffered from unemployment due to the pandemic.

May this act serve as an example to the other Dojos and to society, so that people show empathy toward others.
Martial Arts are not just a sport, but a philosophy of life based on values that ennoble the human being.
We congratulate everyone involved in the campaign, Dojo Lapa Seiwakai, Shihan Jeferson Maran, Patricia Tesser, the Vice President of the São Paulo Federation, Mr. Claudenir Junior "But", and everyone else who donated such important food, bringing comfort and solidarity and showing empathy to those who need it most.
